Invasion

This is the game I created for my Senior Project in high school. It’s the first game I’ve ever made, programmed entirely in C++. At the time, I still had a limited knowledge of C++, and since this involved a lot of Windows programming, I relied heavily on some books for reference. Since then, I regret to say I have yet to complete any other games as I just haven’t had the time to focus on one. I have learned more C++ since then, and I am also trying to learn Flash’s ActionScript.

The premise of this game is pretty simple. You control the spaceship on the left of the screen, and you shoot at the aliens on the right side of the screen. As you defeat them, each wave gets more and more difficult. The game ends when you lose all three lives - other than that, you just keep going to see how high of a score you can get.
